well... it has been awhile. Jeff and I went to Kenya. We trekked about 100 miles across Tsavo National Park in about ten days. It was splendid. It was actually the coolest thing I have ever ever done.

I have been climbing a bit here in the front range area but mostly I am lazy. I started training for competitions but found that it is really hard work. Imagine that. After some minor setbacks and physical ailments I will hopefully be psyched again soon.
